GENERAL

What are your opening times?


We will be open 9am-9pm, 7 days a week including Bank Holidays. However we will be closed, Christmas Day.




What are your prices?


Adults - £8.50 Child (under 14) - £6.50 Family Ticket for 4 (No more than 2 adults) - £28 4 Adults - £30 NHS and Student (with valid NUS / NHS Card) - £7.50




How do I book?


It is online booking and payment only to comply with social distancing as we can control the number of visitors. Please arrive no more than 10mins before your tee time. All you need to do if book your time slot and arrive at the course where you will be given all of the equipment you need to start your adventure around the golf course.




How are you making our visit safe from Covid 19?


- We have Hand Santizing Stations around the clubhouse and course. - All balls are sanitised after use - All clubs are stanitised after use - We are cleaning the facility more regularly. - There are social diatancing floor markers where needed. - We are allowing a 10min gap between groups so there should be no bunching on the course.




Do you offer discounted tickets for families visiting with young children?


Children under 3 years old visit Wolverhampton Adventure Golf for free. We offer reduced family tickets on the ticketing page.




How long does the course take to complete?


The course should take you around 1 hour to complete.




Is there food and drink?


Yes, we have an outdoor kiosk selling hot food, snacks, ice creams and plenty more including alcohol.




Will I play at the exact time on my ticket?


You should play at your alloted time, please don't be late as there will be others booked in after you.




Is there free parking?


Yes, we have plenty of free parking on site.




Which dinosaurs do you have?


We have a Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Stegasurus, a Raptor family, a Spinosaurus, a Anklyosaurus and a Triceratops family. Along with lots of dinosaur bones and eggs that haven't hatched yet.




Is the course accessible to wheelchair users?


Although we can't say its 100% wheelchair suitable because of the nature of the course, there is at least 1.2m space across the course for access and no steps, however the last hole is on an incline. The clubhouse, toilets and cafe are accessible.




What is the Maximum Group Size


We ask that no more than 5 people go around per group to keep the speed of play up. Upto 5 groups can can book at one time. If you need to book more than 15 people in please get in touch at bookings@wolverhamptonadventuregolf.co.uk




What is your Smoking Policy?


Smoking is not allowed in the, restaurant, shop or attraction and cigarettes are not sold on site. You will be asked to put out your cigarettes by our staff members. The policy above also applies to electronic cigarettes.




What happens if its raining ?


We are an all weather facility so we will be open in the rain, the course is outdoors. If there is lightening we have to close the course immediately, by the sound of a horn. You can either wait for the lightening to pass or book again another day.




Is there WiFi at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf?


Yes we are pleased to offer you completely free wi-fi access although it may only be accessed in the club house.




Is there anywhere I can get water refills?


You are welcome to refill a water bottle at our bar in the club house or at out our hydration station also located in the clubhouse.




Where can I find toilets at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf?


Toilets are situated in the main entrance and restaurant area of the Clubhouse.




Can I push a pram around?


Yes you can get a single pram around the course.




Are dogs allowed?


Sorry no dogs are allowed on site.





DINO PARTIES

Do I have to pay for babies or younger ones?


Children’s party packages are available from 4 years and older. There is no charge for babies unless catering is required.




Can I add extra children and adults to play, but not be part of the party?


Yes at the time you book the party it gives you the option to add extra 'non party' guests what want to play on the day.




Do I need to confirm numbers before the party?


Yes please! At least 1 week before the party please call or e-mail us to confirm the final numbers. If we do not receive confirmation we will prepare and charge for the number originally booked.




Should I arrive early?


Please arrive 20 minutes before your booking time, we will meet and greet you and your guests in the Function Room.




Do I get a private party room?


We will section off a part of the large function room for the party, but it won’t be a private room for your use only. We may have up to 2 parties running at the same time.




What footwear should we take?


The children should all wear trainers and appropriate warm clothing as even in summer it can be cold on the course.




Do I need to pay a deposit?


We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your party. With the final balance due at least 1 week before your party with confirmation of numbers.




What happens if its raining?


We advise that all children take coats as the weather is often unpredictable! The course is playable in the rain.




Do parents have to stay whilst the children play around the course?


The children will play in groups of 5 and we kindly ask that there is at least 1 adult supervising each group of children. Supervising parents are also required to accompany children during the party.




How long will a round take?


It will take approximately 1 hour to make it around the course.




Can I bring my own birthday cake?


Yes! Just let us know if you wish to bring your own cake, we will arrange plates and forks for you as part of the party package.




How do I book a party?


All booking are done online and available from the 17th May. You can choose your menu options as well as telling us about any allergies a child may have. Please go to the booking page of the website, choose a date after the 17th May and choose Tee-riffic Dino Party and follow the steps. If it does not show any times for the date you have selected it means we are fully booked for that day.




What if a guest has food alergies


There is a section on the party booking page to tell us about any special information we may need to know. You can always call us to give more information after the booking has been made.
