However, we know that planning the perfect party isn’t just about booking the venue and it can be an incredibly stressful event to organise for parents and guardians. So, here are a few things you may want to consider when you choose kids parties at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf:
1. Budget – calculating the overall costs for your child’s birthday party can be a nightmare. However, at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf, our kids’ parties are reasonably priced at just £13.95 per child. This cost includes all the equipment, food, drinks and your own roped off area in our function room.
2. Invitations – it is always recommended to get your birthday party invitations sent out to guests as soon as possible, with the date, time and activity printed on them so parents can plan their days and weekends accordingly.
3. Setting a date – as mentioned above, it is important to get a date in the diary as soon as possible for any birthday party, as families often book up any free weekends. We recommended booking your party up to 4-6 weeks in advance to help ensure a good turnout. Wolverhampton Adventure Golf is open all year round, seven days a week, giving you the freedom to have evening or weekend birthday parties.
4. Adult supervision – When organising a birthday party, it is a good idea to get a rough estimate of how many parents or adults will be staying. As a general rule, if a child is under five, you can assume their parents will stay over the age of five, so it may be worth noting on the invitation if parents can stay or not. When the children are playing adventure golf, they will be going around our course in groups of five, with each group needing to have a supervising adult present.
5. Food – when you book your children’s party at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf, you will be given a choice of two set menus, the raptor and the t-rex. All food is sourced from quality suppliers. Food and drinks are available for purchase from The Bunker too. When organising a birthday party, food can be tricky to organise, but the team at Wolverhampton Adventure Golf work hard to ensure there are plenty of delicious snacks and sweet treats available. Food can be served either before or after playing on the adventure golf course.
6. Decorations – having a birthday theme can often make it easier to create, buy or come up with decoration ideas. If your child is a fan of dinosaurs, then Wolverhampton Adventure Golf is the ultimate jurassic experience. We will provide a few decorations, but, feel free to bring your own decorations to the venue.

It takes about an hour to complete the course, giving plenty of time for food and any games you want to play in the function room, as well as an opportunity for children to enjoy our outdoor play area.
